Poor information Prior to the trip
We had ordered hotel pick up. The voucher said «start time 10:30», nothing else. We then assumed that we were picked up at the hotel at 10:30, since nothing else was informed. The boat left at 10:30. They sent me a message on their own website the day before, but I did not Get any notification on email, phone or anywhere else. They refused to refund. Poor!
Nice Ferry Service
This ferry was a great way to get to Koh Phi Phi Don. The view from the ship was pretty and different from being on a speedboat or long tail boat. On the day of our ferry ride, we paid the extra 200 Baht to sit in the VIP section, which included water, coffee, juice, pop and a couple snack selections. It was much cooler in the VIP section too. The ride was smooth and on time.
