Fun, but not as advertised.

Blanca was wonderful. The bus driver was very nice. It was an ok trip. I was not happy that things were adjusted and the tour was not "as advertised". I was looking forward to the stops on the ad. Also the reservation should mention 80% of the shopping is closed on Sunday. Don't book on a Sunday!!

Don’t book this tour!! Horrible communication

Booked this experience months in advance only to show up and no tour. Was told earlier that meeting place was changed but then when looked online saw that it was changed again. Showed up along with 8 other people on tour only to find out that our tour was cancelled and meeting point was changed again. Horrible communication with this provider. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Interesting experience....

Interesting experience. Our tour guide, Laura, was knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. She did a very nice job. The tour itself was well planned and well executed. The scenery is amazing and Andorra is lovely The microphone in our bus didn’t work, so we had to go to the bus barn and switch buses. Resulted in about an hour delay, which made an already long day even longer. About an hour’s backup to cross the border from Andorra to Spain made it even longer. No shade to the tour company for either situation. The bus was clean and appeared well maintained, but stuff breaks from time to time. The tour company doesn’t control Spanish customs.

Cover a lot of ground in one day.

Laura the guide was passionate and helpful. Long day on a bus. Worth it for the sites you see. Andora is a neat place to visit. The mountain scenery is beautiful. Pick up was smooth and the guide sent instructions and useful information via chat feature on the app for the tour provider.
