Exceptional Halong Bay Cruise – David Made Our Family Experience Truly Special
We had a wonderful experience cruising through Halong Bay, and it was made even more memorable thanks to the exceptional service we received throughout the trip. A very special mention must go to David, who was absolutely outstanding. We were travelling with our baby, and from the moment we arrived, David went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable and well taken care of. He was always attentive, kind and ready to help whenever we needed anything. What impressed us most was the care shown towards our baby. David regularly checked whether we needed anything and helped arrange baby purée, which made travelling with an infant so much easier. These small but thoughtful gestures made a huge difference to us as parents and allowed us to relax and properly enjoy the cruise. The cruise itself was beautiful, with spectacular scenery across Halong Bay, comfortable facilities, enjoyable activities and a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and professional, and everything felt well organised from beginning to end. Travelling with a baby can sometimes be challenging, but the team made us feel completely welcome rather than inconvenienced. David's warmth, professionalism and genuine willingness to help were exceptional, and he is a real asset to the cruise team. We leave Halong Bay with some wonderful family memories and would happily recommend this cruise, particularly to families travelling with young children. Great time with Amanda luxury cruiser
We had a great time in Amanda . Everything worked perfectly, from the pick up in Hanoi to clean rooms and food. I’m vegetarian and was catered for really well. The boat is cool, has an old vintage vibe. Just what we wanted. The staff are amazing especially David and Andy who looked after us so well. Don’t hesitate to book with these guys, it was awesome do glad we stayed over night.
Ha long cruise review
I would really recommend this tour the waiter mr breach was so lovely and helpful. The views at night time were stunning. On the first day we did kayaking and visited pearl island and the next day we swam and did a hike. I wasn’t feeling great on the trip and they made sure I was ok and checked in with me
Anniversary
Cannot fault this amazing team. From pick up at our hotel, helping us celebrate our anniversary in style with a special gift in our room on arrival and to top it off our very own VIP table at dinner with flowers.
