Scam: Tour cancelled 3h before!

SCAM!! We did not participate in any tour because the visit to the Alhambra was cancelled 3 hours before the start, despite booking through GetYourGuide weeks before. The reason was a technical problem, which was denied at the entrance to the tourist attraction - we simply assume that the tickets were never purchased. We could not see the Alhambra because of this agency, nor was an alternative date proposed. Stay away from me!

Holiday experience ruined

Cancelled our visit to the Alhambra the night before we were due to visit. The main reason we were holidaying in Granada. Disgraceful.
