Walking tour
Such a great way of exploring the city on foot. Lovely informative guide and spectacular view points too!
We arrived on time at the...
We arrived on time at the plaza for the start of the tour and assumed the large tour group was ours. When we realized our mistake and went into the office two minutes later, the guide had already left without attempting to contact us. The office tried to call the guide but to no avail. While they offered to reschedule, that wasn’t going to work for us. When we asked multiple times if they could point us in the direction the tour went and maybe we could catch them, they refused to provide us any details. They just kept insisting we should’ve been in the office on time, which isn’t particularly helpful at that point. They then also refused to refund the tour. Overall: it was our mistake. But the lack of basic customer service by not attempting to contact us at all or offer any suggestion on how we might catch them (even if u likely) is very unfortunate.

Leisurely walk uphill with lots if stops to rest. Guide was very personable. Go inside office to check in instead of looking for guide outside.
Fun tour - lots of hills and steps!
Great tour of two famous Granada neighborhoods, with a nice mix of history, human interest, and Pionono pastries. The tour guide was excellent. Get ready for steps and hills as you go up and down the hillside, but the views are spectacular.

I had a private tour that was worth it, filled with history, beautiful viewpoints, and a typical dessert with Mario! Excellent guide and when you are in Granada for just 1 day it is really a must-do. I highly recommend him ☺️ and also at the agency's reception I was really well served by friendly and smiling people! thanks again
