Hit and miss experience.
Luckily had a bit of a discount with our Emirates pass. Views were great and we had a pod just with us in it, which could take up to 40. Unfortunately the experience was not good when the wheel broke down for 1 1/2 hours. Although we were being kept informed that things were trying to be sorted and they were thankful for our patience when we eventually got off there was no person to apologies to us for the breakdown. Not impressed by the customer service here!! After speaking to others after this we were told it is often not working at all!,

Because we were in wheelchairs we had a cabin all to ourselves. A great experience what everyone visiting here should do.

From reaching the security gates to leaving the area, we were greeted & assisted by such wonderful staff. The cleanliness of the whole attraction was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
