During this excursion to the Desert Agafay and the Atlas Mountains from Marrakesh, you will have the opportunity to discover life in Berber villages while visiting a family home, enjoy the beautiful landscapes, and a guided hike to the waterfalls. Discover the landscapes of the High Atlas with this private day trip from Marrakech, which will take you to Imlil Valley and the Kik Plateau and Agafay Desert for the sunset, these unique places that will captivate you forever, explore the picturesque landscapes and breathtaking High Atlas. We will pick you up from your hotel in Marrakech around 9 Am to start our day trip to the Atlas Mountain with its Berber villages and Imlil area. This amazing experience of discovering the Agafay desert and the Atlas Mountains will start from Marrakech at 8:30 or 9:00 am for the Berber Trails tour. Leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind as you begin to cross the Atlas Mountains, and we'll stop for a camel ride experience on the way to the Ourika Valley, following the ancient Berber trails. Traverse winding dirt tracks, past the dirt houses of Berber, There will be several photo stops along the way to capture the beauty of the 4167m snow-capped Jebel Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa. And we will take a break in a typical Berber village, to have some delicious mint tea and lunch in the home of a Berber family.

Your trip will take you to Kik Plateau and you will discover the most diverse and wonderful landscapes. Your driver will take you to the Agafay Desert in the rocky desert - but more sandstone and dusty plateaus, traditional mud-built villages, and dusty riverbeds punctuate the magnificent lavish pastures and vegetation in spring. There we can savor tea with the locals and enjoy the sunset over the Atlas Mountains. You will then continue your journey to Marrakesh and return around 6 pm
