Poor communication
We were scheduled for a 1530 pick-up, told to wait outside our hotel at 1520. At 1503, we received a WhatsApp message of 1620 pickup and to be out front at 1610. We should have been notified earlier, so we could have planned our day better. The next WhatsApp message was from an unidentified person saying "hello", which seems like spam to me. Van was very hot, be prepared. Before beginning the drive home, the driver "held us hostage"; he would not drive back until he spoke to each party individually, requesting a review. VERY off putting, especially after a long day. Dinner was very good, the entertainment fun, not enough water served. Sunset was extraordinary. Some of the photos they took of us were good, some terrible. All communication needs improvement. For an amusement park sort of experience, it was fun. Would be a 3.5 star excursion if the communication was improved.

Memorable quad biking
Anas was a great guide and Mohammed a great driver. The quad biking was a lot of fun, we were a family of 4 and each had our own bike. Really windy and dusty but that added to the charm!

We had a really wonderful time, one of the best things to do in Morocco for sure! I would highly recommend! Camel Riding and Quad Biking was so much fun, finished by a delicious meal and some wonderful traditional dance that we all joined in with!! We had a great host called Anas who made the whole experience feel really relaxed and a lot of fun! Thanks guys!!
