Birthday treat
Lovely afternoon tea and tour of London to celebrate mine and my sister's birthday. Would highly recommend.
Great afternoon
Booked my tour with Golden Tours and the experience was excellent. Staff on the bus were friendly and attentive. Food was a big surprise as I wasn't banking on it being anything special but I was totally surprised. Highly recommend
Sweet but not much else!
Expected much more commentary around London.
Lovely Afternoon
Lovely afternoon tea and I thought it was great value for money
Buyer Beware - Horrible customer service!
The was a HUGE disappointment. We booked this tour months aga (from the US) and were looking forward to a great afternoon exploring London. We are staying in West End, and we called for a Taxi to take us to the meeting point, with an hour to spare. The first taxi advised that all streets to get to Victoria were closed due to Pride. I thought that maybe he was not positive or sure, so we tried 4 more car services. I called both Golden Tours and Head out (the booking app) with no help at all. I asked if we could reschedule for Sunday, and were told no. On top of the stern “no” from Golden tours - all of the taxi drivers told me, that they had no idea how we were going to all of the landmarks - because those roads were closed too. Based on the fact that the tour company made no attempt to pre-warn us or help once the issue was discovered, I would NOT recommend this tour company. Horrible customer service.
