Waiting although we had skip the line tickets

I have written to you and am awaiting a resolution. We were extended a partial refund from Jamie of $35.80. This too makes no sense as we had to wait while the guide bought our tickets. What does 11:00 “skip the line” mean then??

Fun cultural experience

Very knowledgeable guide, beautiful cultural experience. Timely entry without queue. We visited the museum focusing on the main works but with a common thread that made the visit very interesting even for teenage children

An emotion to live!

Visiting the Accademia Gallery is a unique emotion! Especially if lived accompanied by a very prepared guide like Chiara: listening to her was a pleasure, she guided us through the gallery making every painting, every sculpture alive... answering our every question, curiosity! Surely there is no comparison between a "do it yourself" visit and a guided tour as Chiara did it! Congratulations!

Time travel to the Medici times in quattrocento

Fantastic visit with our guide Maria who gave us a lot of insight about Florence history, the Medici family, the masterpieces of Michelangelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, Botticelli, Giotto and many others ... many thanks!

Very good Guide in Presenting the Museum exhibition by Martina

We requested a tour in Spanish and patiently Miss Martina gave us the explanation, giving notes that little we knew... Very suitable for your job....
