Itinerary
Leave your centrally located Dubai hotel with your private guide, and then travel south to Abu Dhabi, roughly 1.5 hours away. A leisurely 90-min drive brings you to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest in the world hosting 40,000 worshippers. Completely clad in marble decorated with numerous intricate Islamic motifs hand laid in semi-precious stone, the Grand Mosque also boasts a priceless carpet and Swarovski chandeliers.
Afterwards enjoy stops for photos at the famed Emirates Palace hotel and the adjacent Breakwater with picture postcard views of the ‘Manhattan of the Middle East’ skyline. ( OUTSIDE PHOTOSTOP ONLY)
Drive next to the waterfront Corniche for a visit of the Heritage Village, built on a man-made wave-breaker, and depicting scenes from the region’s pre-oil days.
Later drive along the pristine gardens and beaches of the Corniche (Waterfront) to reach the renowned Date Market where hundreds of varieties of dates from around the region can be seen.
Pass by: It’s a short journey from here to Saadiyat Island, a cultural hub and home to the stunning Louvre Abu Dhabi, where a stop is made for photos.
At the nearby leisure and entertainment district of Yas Island a final photo-stop is made near the World's first Ferrari World theme park before returning. ( OUTSIDE PHOTOSTOP ONLY)
