Traveler reviews
Abu Dhabi Day Trip
Saeed Akhtar was our guide, he was very engaging with us all day, so helpful and friendly. He took many photos that we can reflect on from the busy day. You do cover a lot of ground in a short time but it is well worth it. He went above his duties and made us most comfortable throughout the entire day. Thank you Saeed, keep up the great work you are doing.
Guided tours for our 2 weeks in Dubai
Fariha was patience and recommended a few trips for us to try during our 2 weeks stay at Dubai. She even took time to explain the different experiences we could expect from the various packages. Best thing is that the packages included direct pick up from and drop off to our hotel. Entrance to various attractions were well coordinated and smooth since the tickets were purchased in advance prior to our arrival. Thank you Ms Fariha (of Rayna Tours) from Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection. :-D
Not recommended!!!!!
The pickup is catastrophic man must drive himself to one of the traveled hotels and waits in front of the most shabby hotel..... also pickup time 8.30am we were picked up at 9.10am an absolute naughtiness! The tour itself is Ok! But it's not worth the money!
Excellent Tour!
We did a private all day trip to Abu Dhabi with a wonderful tour guide, Junaid Nawazish. A very fun, informative, and adventurous trip. We learned so much about the history and culture of the UAE. Thank you
Not the experience we expected.
Our Abu Dhabi day trip with our private driver, Umer Khalid, was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the quality we experienced the day before with Rayna Tours. He was an hour late to pick us up, to no fault of his own and he made sure to let us know, which set the tone for the rest of the day. The Grand Mosque, Emirates Palace, and the Louvre Museum were absolutely breathtaking, but we barely had the chance to appreciate them because our driver continuously rushed us—only to go back to his car and sleep while we were trying to enjoy the attractions. We even invited him to join us for lunch out of courtesy, and he didn’t offer so much as a thank you afterward. The entire day felt like it was run according to his preferences rather than ours. The whole point of paying for a private driver is to explore comfortably and at our own pace, yet we felt pressured, hurried, and frankly unwelcome. For the price we paid, the experience was shockingly subpar, and we left feeling frustrated and disappointed. This was not the service we were promised nor the experience we expected.
