Traveler reviews
911 walk and tour
Weather was not good which made the walk less enjoyable.
The experience did not...
The experience did not happen at all and no one told us. And no one ever reached out to explain. We will never use Viator again.
Private Guide One World Trade
Vivian our tour guide was EXCELLENT! Very knowledgeable and personable. We loved having her as our guide. She knew detailed information that was very interesting. Thank you Vivian!
Terrible
It was the worst tour we've ever booked through Viator. We waited 45 minutes and our guide never showed up. It was so disappointing. we missed the 911 memorial experience. I will be requesting a refund
A Place of Reflection and Respect
Visiting the 9/11 Memorial is one of those experiences that stays with you. It’s peaceful, powerful and deeply moving all at once. The design of the fountains those endless streams of water flowing into the footprints of the towers captures something words can’t really describe. It’s both heartbreaking and beautiful. Walking through the museum, you can feel how much care and respect went into preserving the stories of that day. It’s emotional, yes, but it’s also grounding a reminder of the strength and compassion that came out of such tragedy. The space itself is spotless and well-maintained, and the staff are kind and thoughtful. I’d say it’s a must visit for anyone coming to New York, not as a tourist stop, but as a place to pause, reflect, and remember.
