Traveler reviews
Ray R and 911 tour was great
Ray R was a great guide. The 1.5 hour tour was full of great info. Worth the time and money. Brian from the lone star state
This place is an absolute must for anybody visiting NYC it is very sad and confronting place but so well done and so respectfull
Was my number 1 thing on my list to do when I visited NYC this place is a must and is absolutely incredibly well done.
9-11 guided tour
Tour included guide on headsets. Was extremely knowledgeable very eye opening if sombre experience
Do not purchase!
The lady we had was very nice, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of this experience. I paid for tickets that were never provided to me, and when I contacted customer service, they refused to issue a refund or take responsibility for the mistake. This ended up wasting an entire day of our trip, and to make matters worse, I had to purchase tickets a second time just to enter the memorial. Paying twice for the same attraction is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money and book elsewhere.
911 walk and tour
Weather was not good which made the walk less enjoyable.
