  • Children between the ages of 7 and 14 are welcome to accompany their parents on the raft, but we ask that they skip the 2km stretch of class IV rapids as they can be to dangerous for small children
  • Please remember a change of clothes as you will get wet. A swimming suit (quick-drying shorts to wear over a swimsuit is recommended for comfort and cultural sensitivity), athletic shoes, sunscreen, refillable water bottle, small day pack, dry set of clothes, socks, and dry shoes or sandals
  • Please bring a photo or photocopy of your passport for registration. Bring a dry change of clothes for your ride home
  • This is a joint tour, the operator will be picking up each guest in order, so please kindly wait patiently at your hotel. If waiting for too long, please contact the operator immediately
  • In any case, if your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, child's height, the number of people and etc), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront for the tour
  • On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund

fun morning on the river

Hi, I really enjoyed rafting, the activity was well organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful in everything. It was a shame that the river wasn't in very good condition. I really liked the photos. Overall it was a very nice morning on the river. Thank you very much for everything.
