- Jacobite Steam Train service may be subject to alterations outside our control.
- The minimum age to travel is 5 years old, anyone 5–17 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Travel insurance is recommended
- Each traveller may bring 1 suitcase (max 33 lbs/15 kg) and 1 piece of hand luggage.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 1080 days before the activity starts
If you cancel your tour more than 45 days before departure time, you are eligible for a Flexi-deposit. If you cancel between 45 and 22 full days before departure time, a 25% cancellation fee occurs (75% refund). If you cancel 21 days or less prior to departure time, there will be no refund.
