Traveler reviews
Chile and Easter Island
Trip organized in a group by Earth Viaggi. Santiago: do not miss the Pre-Columbian Museum, absolutely complete in its splendid exhibitions. If you have little time devote yourself to the basement and ground floor. Atacama Desert: salt desert aside, to enjoy the incredible starry nights, do not miss the evening with the astronomer to be expected in San Pedro di Atacama. We took pictures with the whole milky way (which seemed to touch it!). Valley of the Moon: the desert of sand both clear and volcanic, a thousand colors. BLUE lagoons IN THE DESERT: what a charm! El Tatio: a Yellowstone-type supervolcano. Extraordinary at dawn for the intense cold of the air and the hot vapors, but above all to feel in a magical place. If you have arrived in Chile you can not miss Rapa Nui. Yes yes, of course ‘the big heads’ you see in documentaries! NO NO, everything different, everything unexpected even if you could only predict one tenth of what comes your way. Black spots: The Latam airline is bad, dirty and uncomfortable and there is no way to avoid it. Patience! The beauty of the places consoles you! Ah, you eat badly. But not as bad as on any flight: just bad bad bad.
