Mahmoud is the best!
I had originally booked with another tour company, but their lack of communication was making me uncomfortable. With less than 10 days to go before my vacation i canceled that company and reached out to Zaid Tours. From the very beginning Sally was quick to answer ALL my questions and made me feel comfortable. My driver for the week was Mahmoud and he is an AMAZING person. I could go on and on about how he went above and beyond to make my Jordan adventure one of the best ever. This is my advice, request Mahmoud. If he's not available, go another week. A good tour company and driver is very important. Mahmoud, Sally, and Zaid Tours are incredible.
Excellent 5 day tour
I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for arranging my trip around Jordan. It has been a wonderful experience. Thank you for choosing Hassan as my tour guide. He has been brilliant from before I travelled until my drop off in Amman now. Always punctual and communication has been brilliant. Checks if I am ok especially in Petra when he heard fireworks. A better and more professional person would be difficult to find. Loved the locations we visited. Hassan’s knowledge is brilliant. He also got a very good guide for me on Petra. Please pass on my thanks to him. He has made my holiday the wonderful experience it has been.
Wonderful tour of Jordan
My daughter and I spent 6 nights/days in Jordan and really enjoyed it. The sites were fantastic, and Petra in particular, exceeded expectations. It was a good hike to the monastery and well worth it. The trip was completely enhanced by Mahmoud our driver, who was kind, courteous, full of knowledge and a pleasure to spend time with. We thoroughly enjoyed his company and he ensured we gained the most pleasure from our trip. He was always prompt and everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend Zaid Tours and Mahmoud to see the best of Jordan. Thank you!
