Full description
Dive into the enchantment of the Isle of Skye and embark on a truly transformative volunteer holiday on the Sleat Peninsula. This journey offers the perfect blend of volunteering and sightseeing, allowing you to contribute positively to Scotland’s stunning landscapes and vibrant communities.
In partnership with the Sleat Community Trust, we’ll be working on the restoration of the Tormore Forest, engaging in tree planting, path building, and repair efforts. But it’s not all hard work! After a morning of volunteering, we’ll spend our afternoons exploring Skye’s romantic castles, local whisky distilleries, and serene waterfalls. We’ll even have the opportunity to learn some Scottish Gaelic and immerse ourselves in the myths, legends, and stories that shape Scotland’s rich cultural heritage.
