Traveler reviews
Exuberant nature!!!
Nature and exuberant!!! Sensational unique experience super recommend. But, I was impressed mto negatively with the trash spread mainly plastic of all kinds since the entrance of the city. Calls mtooo attention seems like a big open sky trash...it's a PENA...should improve mto this aspect. It should also be noted that the promenades of the city are poorly preserved... But I would mostly return to the small towns due to the exuberance of nature.
Great Service Providers / Terrible Documentation
The package was a great deal! The individual services provided were excellent. However the documentation provided from Viator was terrible. We received only an emailed “coupon” for the package. This contained no helpful information on accessing services such as airline boarding passes, transfer contacts, tour contacts, etc. We arrived the local airport with no way to get boarding passes. Wandered around airport asking various people how we could get boarding passes because Viatour never gave instructions. Airline staff suggested getting booking code. Had to repeatedly contact Viatour to get airline booking code which caused stress. Once at destination, everything was fantastic! Airport driver identified himself clearly. Hotel staff was the best! Tours were fantastic! But we still didn’t have any contact information or specific instructions on how to access service providers. But each local service provider eventually contacted our hotel who in turn helped us be ready at the right place and time. So in summary, ask all your questions well ahead and try to anticipate the documentation normally needed for travel since it isn’t automatically provided by Viatour.
