Great tour
Amazing trip, well organised, beautiful sights, absolutely worth it! Iain was a great guide and driver. Highly recommend!
Absolute Must Do!
Our 3‑day Scottish Highlands and Isle of Skye tour was unforgettable, and that’s entirely thanks to our guide, Dougie. From the moment we started, he brought so much energy, humour, and heart to the experience. He shared so many stories and bits of history that I never would’ve learned on my own, and he even surprised us with extra viewpoints along the way. He always had recommendations on the best places to eat in every place we stopped. It’s rare to have a guide who elevates a trip from “great” to “truly memorable,” but Dougie did exactly that. It was a nice small group as well so we were lucky to have just been in a Sprinter van which I feel like is the best way to see Scotland, rather than a large bus. This trip has been a dream of mine that I have been waiting to re-book ever since my trip got cancelled in 2020 and it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT!
Spectacular Highlands and Skye
Spectacular Highlands; May ideal—snowy peaks, no midges, fewer tourists; not for small kids. Beautiful Highlands, great views; early May perfect—no midges, fewer crowds; not for kids. Stunning scenery; May brings snowy peaks, no midges, fewer tourists; not suited for kids.
Great experience and a good impression of Scotlands lovely countryside
We had a great trip with our tour guide John S! Even though you are spending a lot of time in the bus (what I think is obvious if you want to see different places that are far away from each other) we had enough time to spend on many very different locations. John gave many great historical facts and insights and helped with any requests. What I found sad is that we only had the evening in Inverness since it was such a lovely city and I would have spent there some more time.
Bonnie Highlands!
Lovely way to see the Highlands. Would need more time at Culloden. Plenty of stops to use the restroom, get coffee or stretch the lags.
