3-Day African Rock Lodge Safari in Kruger National Park

I actually did a 3 Day 2 Night Umkumbe lodge tour in Sabi Sands and this was my worst experience for all the tours I booked in South Africa, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Zimbabwe 2 week tour . Check out my reviews of all the tour vendors with a ranking of 2-5 stars . This comp was given a 3 because they were super responsive when I communicated with them 11 months ago. However the moment I confirmed and placed a 50% deposit , they became very slow to response , provide Incomplete answers or wont even honour where we are to be picked up unless i top up the payment . I gave been to over 100 countries booking many tours and this company, supposed a highly ranked company was disappointing . Hence it was no surprise that on the day of the pickup, they messed up. The contact number they gave was uncontactable , there was no contact number of our driver even though we requested it and it became almost passive aggressive talking to the person coordinating this . Even more interesting was that i gad to initiate the remaining payment before the trip even though the person was suppose to remind me . I could go on but it would be bitching . But this company and contact person who was highly recommended in the reviews did not live up to its reputation. Wake up MoAfrika, there are many more companies in S Africa and not just you .
