 1. Meeting Point & Welcome

You’ll meet us at Cha Cha Cha Dive Shop, where one of our professional instructors will greet you. After checking in and confirming your certification, we’ll provide all the necessary equipment for your dive. We’ll go over the plan for the day, review safety procedures, and make sure you're ready for your adventure.

2. Equipment Setup & Briefing

Once everyone is ready, we’ll provide a dive briefing that includes an overview of the dive sites and the plan for both dives. We’ll review the safety protocols and ensure that you’re comfortable with the equipment. Then, we’ll head to the boat, where the crew will assist with setting up your dive gear.

3. First Dive – Reef Exploration (Up to 70 feet)

The first dive will take you to a vibrant reef, where you’ll explore the underwater world at a depth of up to 70 feet (21 meters). You’ll encounter colorful corals, tropical fish, rays, and possibly turtles. If you’re an Advanced Open Water Diver, you’ll have the opportunity to dive deeper, reaching up to 100 feet (30 meters). Your instructor will guide you through the dive, pointing out interesting marine life and features.

4. Surface Interval & Relaxation

After the first dive, we’ll surface and take a short surface interval. This is a time to relax, hydrate, and chat about your dive experience. You can also take some time to rest and get ready for the next dive. Snacks and drinks will be provided to help you refresh.

5. Second Dive – Deeper Reef Exploration (Up to 70 feet)

The second dive will take you to a different reef at depths of up to 70 feet (21 meters). If you’re an Advanced Open Water Diver, you can dive deeper, exploring up to 100 feet (30 meters). This dive allows you to see different marine species, including larger fish and perhaps even a few surprises like eels or reef sharks. Your instructor will guide you and ensure a safe, exciting dive.

6. Return to the Dive Shop & Reflection

After completing both dives, we’ll return to Cha Cha Cha Dive Shop. You’ll have time to reflect on your dives, share your favorite moments, and take photos to remember your underwater adventure. If you wish, your instructor can provide feedback on your performance or dive experiences.

A guia Mariana foi muito simpática e instrutiva. O tour passa pelos principais pontos relevantes do centro de San José. A comida servida no final do tour é o ponto alto. Poderiam cobrar um pouco menos para termos um melhor custo benefício aqui. Mesmo assim vale a pena, pois andar por conta própria no centro de San José pode ser perigoso.
