WONDERFUL!

Traveled on this 2 day tour with Mika as our guide, early August 2026. He was informative, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, considerate, personable, and went really really far out of his way to make sure that our experience at each stop was well directed, that we knew where to go, where to find food, and toilets, what our time frame was for the stop, and that we had the best experience possible by tweaking the timing of things to work better for our experience. For instance, we were scheduled to go to Diamond beach as the last stop the first day, but there were almost no icebergs floating at the shore when we arrived, and since the sun had broken through the clouds, he took us to Glacier Lagoon instead, where the sun striking the icebergs in the lagoon created magic. And the next morning, when we did go to Diamond Beach, there were numerous icebergs at the shore to amaze us and delight us. And on the glacier hike later the second day, one group member was having some knee discomfort upon using stairs and was afraid she might fall, or not be able to complete the hike. But upon expressing her concern to Mika, he decided to accompany us on the glacier hike to ensure that she had the care to allow her to at least start the hike. And he would stay with her if her knee prevented her from completing the hike, thereby ensuring that if something did go wrong, that the rest of the group would not have their hike ruined by having to terminate, and so that the official group leader could carry on leading the tour in the event she decided she had. He made himself helpful by helping us to take photos of ourselves on our own cameras for those of us who didn’t have someone to do so. He had a storehouse of knowledge about Iceland and the landscape, and history, and important structures that we were visiting and seeing from the tour bus. I would HIGHLY recommend all my friends and family to take the Nice Travel tour with Mika.

2 Day Awe Inspiring Adventure

We went on the 2 day south coast tour led by Addi and it was SO GOOD! We had the perfect amount of time at each stop and Addi was so ahead of the game, adjusting the itinerary with the weather forecast and always getting us to the spots just right ahead of other big tour groups so that we can be the most efficient with our time to enjoy the sights! Thank you Addi and Nice Travel! We would definitely recommend anyone looking for an eye opening but easy tour of Iceland this way!

The best of what Iceland has to offer with exceptional tour guide, Filip

If I had all the money in the world I would pay Filip to be my tour guide everywhere! I knew it was going to be a good tour from his first mini introduction of himself but every step of the journey, he outdid himself. I’ve waited to do this trip for 20 years and I’m so lucky to have him as Musical Director and Human Encyclopedia for three days. Honestly, listening to Hans Zimmer through dramatic alien landscapes, Ludovico Einaudi through wild exploration and The XX as the sky darkened for the eclipse was just the cherry on top of the incredible landscapes that Iceland has to offer. Everything was timed to perfection and adjusted so that we got the most out of the weather and the sights on offer. The glacier boat tour is a must!! Make sure you pack waterproofs!!! Cant wait to come back and take a helicopter tour with Pilot Filip!
