- Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs, or strollers.
- Sites are subject to occasional closures. Modifications may be communicated in advance or at the start of the tour. Alternative itinerary may be provided if site access is restricted.
- The full names of all participants must be provided at the time of booking and must match the names on their ID/passport. Name changes are not permitted.
- This tour is adaptable for: Vegetarians, Pescatarians, dairy free, gluten free (not celiac), however, please note that you may not have a replacement food option at every stop. Not recommended for vegans or celiacs.
- Those with dietary restrictions need to contact us before joining the tour so we can arrange your food.
- Due to limited luggage space in the transport, each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. We recommend storing larger bags in Rome and traveling with a small overnight bag.

- Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and are non-refundable.

- The full names of all participants must be provided at the time of booking and must match the names on their ID/passport. Name changes are not permitted.
- All guests (including children) must bring ID.
- Large bags, backpacks, and sharp objects are not permitted inside the monuments.
- It is also prohibited to enter the Duomo and climb to the Terraces and Cupola wearing flip-flops, slippers, clogs and shoes with heels.
- Dome climb involves 463 steps and narrow passages.
- Due to limited luggage space in the transport, each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. We recommend storing larger bags in Rome and traveling with a small overnight bag where possible.
- Expect a full day with significant walking and standing. The tour involves a fair amount of walking and sometimes uneven terrain. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
