Not On Time
It was a good thing we pushed back our pickup time with our agent as we were an hour late getting into Naples. The driver was 23 minutes past the pickup time when he arrivedb(1pm). I told my husband that I would give them 30 minutes grace, since we were to be picked up at 1 pm, before we called the company to figure out where the driver was at. We did not need to make the call since he arrived at 23 after the hour.
I didn't like it.
I don't help myself with the bags and apparently they don't know the destinations I really didn't like the Service offered
The driver that is...
The driver that is outside of baggage claim and was waiting for us when we got there. The van was very tall and hard for me to enter an exit. The driver pulled me out of the van when we got to our hotel so that I dropped hard so it was painful. Also, had we known that our hotel was only five minutes from the airport we would have booked alternate transport as this service was too expensive for the short drive.
Don’t use company if flight is delayed
They did not accommodate my delayed flight at all. I gave all flight information and they still arrived even though I wasn’t there. They wanted to charge me more dollars to come when flight actually arrived
