Reviews
A giant thank you to Cherie at the front desk for helping us with a ticket problem. She had me from fuming to laughing in a minute.
Good place for fun water activities. Different water slides are very exciting for both young and adult. Kids zone has water fun too.
Quite disappointed on my visit today. I am a bigger guy and am very self conscious about my size. I really wanted to do the triple vortex with my wife. We knew would be close to the wait limit of 180kg. So we went straight up to the scales at the top of the stairs (cause no one thought to put scales at the queue down the bottom where you line up) got up there and jumped on the scales, we were right and was too heavy. the worker said that’s okay you can ride separately. Awesome went and waited back down in the queue got our seperate tubes and went back up the stairs to the ride. When we got up there she then weighed me again and told me I was too big to ride it. Same worker that told me I could ride it. What a waste of time and embarrassment for me. Why have the weight limit for 2 people be 180kg and one person be 115kg surely one person under 180kg would be fine. The worker was extremely rude about the whole thing which really made me feel worse about my body. Then wanted to do the green room and couldn’t do that with our group of 4 cause we were over weight but the exact same ride at wet n wild we can do. I think you need to review you weight limits/rules. On a seperate issue we used our annual dining pass to get food and they took the cards and didn’t hand them back. I realised after we had finished eating and went back and the workers couldn’t find out cards to give back. Apparently this theme park is only suited to people over 120cm and under 100kgs. Do better.
