Well worth visiting

Brilliant exhibition, the information about the emigration was so detailed and the footage of all the ships was spectacular. Well done

A good visit to understand the history of Ireland

This is a small but well done museum. You leaned about the famine and the Titanic in one stop. We visited in early May by cruise ship and we probably didn't need to get tickets ahead of time. We never saw a long line to get tickets and didn't see a "skip the line" entry if you already had tickets. We still needed to go to the ticket counter even with our prepaid ticket. Don't have any regrets though.

The Irish emigration to the Americas and Australia

3.5 million Irish people sought a better life elsewhere but many died in poor conditions on ships and never reached their destinations. Also covered the story of the Titanic and other great ships of that time.

Well worth a visit.

Excellent heritage centre with really useful and informative displays. Bought to life with great use of film footage, black and white imagery.

Great experience at the docks!

The Heritage Ctr. was right on the dock and easy to locate. The individual stories were heartbreaking, but with the well done exhibits, brought them to life. Being given a ticket for a specific passenger made it even more interesting. We highly recommend the experience!
